• All tubular frame throughout machine manufactured from 6” X 3” tubing.
• 3” X 6” Tubular legs
• Will trim lengths from 6’ to 20’ in 2’ increments.
• 10 HP motors on each ladder with 2 groove v-belt drive
• 1-11/16” saw mandrels with 4” collar
• 1-11/16” diameter set shaft
• Includes one (1) fixed saw ladder and one (1) movable saw ladder.
• Includes two 24” carbide tooth sawblades trim up to 9” thick material
• Self centering moveable center support included
• Hydraulic system to include pump, tank, valves, and all other necessary
hydraulic components.
• Feed chain with lugs hydraulically driven
• Moveable saw ladder operates hydraulically on wheels.
• Limit switch type setworks
• Includes prewired operators control panel. A separate enclosure, mounted on
machine frame, houses the magnetic starters for all electric motors and is also
prewired to the control console.
• Saw guards included
• Overall dimensions- approximately 6’5”H x 6’10” W x 26’6”
• Built-in 26’ long inventory waste conveyor with 16” wide belt. 2HP electric
drive. Discharge is on operators end.
