Scrag center section
Two tubular steel Husk Frames, each with 100HP motor and
V_Belt drive.
2-15/16” mandrel with 8” collars
48” saw blade
Thomson rod linear bearing slides
20” wide off bearing belt, powered from mandrel.
We have completely reconditioned the center section and are
offering with the option of Sharp or Cradle chain.
In feed and out feed. We have the infeed and outfeed described below or can
manufacture to customer requirements.
Infeed
Two 5” diameter rolls with welded turning sprockets. Log rotation by two
hydraulic motors, one on each roll, non-skewing.
Thumper roll available for sharp chain and hold down rolls for cradle.
Log charger assembly, with rolls and frame is lowered in a forward motion via
air cylinders and pivot arms.
Two 16” diameter x 3” thick grooved thumper rolls activated by air cylinder.
Outfeed
Out feed roll case: 6’1” Wide x 19’ 6” Long.
Seven powered rolls per side driven by 3HP electric motor & reducer.
Spiral rolls: spiral forces material to the outside and off the machine.
We can also provide simple drop belts for the outfeed section.
