• V-Belt drive
• Top wheel guard
• 8-1/2” linebar attachment with UHMW face 10” high. Movement
is by electronic setworks with 25 or more sets which control hydraulic motor
driven screw system. Two hydraulically drive pressure rolls which are variable
speed up to 340FPM and are operated by pneumatic cylinders. Rolls are 8-5/8”
diameter fluted with triple chain feed drive.
• 8’ Long live conveyor. Width maximum is 34”. From saw blade to linebar fence
is 14” maximum. Conveyor is hydraulically driven 6” rolls with fluted surface.
• Hydraulic operated top pressure guide with safety shield controlled at
operators console.
• Hydraulic strain with manual operation.
• Hydraulic power unit for all hydraulic functions which are pre plumbed.
• Top wheel tilt is accomplished by manual control of heavy worm screw and
positioning unit.
