Infeed Section
• 10 ft. long with four (4) non-powered, 4” diameter rolls mounted on 1” shafts and bearings. Manual, hand operated lever moves edging saw collars

Center Section
• Inside machine width 44”, feed roll length 42”,presss roll length 40”.
• 1/2” thick steel side plates, bored and machined for proper fitting. Side plates set between 8” heavy channel base that also incorporates the motor mount.
• Two infeed side and two outfeed side feed rolls are included. (See picture of rolls)
• Two speed Feed roll drive by 3 HP motor and a 1 HP motor. Feed rates of 125 feet per minute (FPM) and 60 feet per minute(FPM).
• One infeed side and one outfeed side press roll assembly. Rolls are 6-1/2” diameter non powered, and are air activated with both down and up pressure.
• 19” diameter sawblade with a minimum thickness for ripping of 1/2” and a maximum thickness for ripping of 6-1/2”. Sawblades included are 19” Diameter 18 Tooth Strobed.
• Saw arbor is 2-7/16” double keyed. Does not include arbor motor.
• Infeed side safety fingers and all necessary guards are in place.
• Two (2) ball bearing saw collars included. Shifted manual positioning system controlled from operator end of infeed.
Outfeed Section
• 5” wide live belt (board side) and 15” wide live belt (gang side) driven from the feed roll drive, 16’ long.
